Let’s not just talk about sustainability...

Sustainability is all the buzz now, and that’s a good thing, but are we just talking about it or are we taking action? The fast pace of our west coast lives might have us feeling like we can’t even make a dent and it can be easier than ever to feel powerless in the face of megabrands, and mega personalities. For that reason, it’s more important than ever for us to align on what sustainability means, how to spot it, and how we can (in small ways and big) drive change in our own lives and hopefully influence others.

Join Derek Sabori, sustainability teacher and consultant in the fashion and apparel industry and sustainability-committed entrepreneur, and Elyse Toal, HSB Surfrider volunteer, for a discussion on why sustainability matters.
